By what methods can I pay?

Payment should be made by cheque, credit card or bank transfer in EUROS or Pounds Sterling. Cheques should be made payable to Informa UK Limited. Payment must be received by 27/09/2011 in order to secure your place. Please quote the delegate name and the event code UKI38DD as a reference on all transactions.

When will I receive an acknowledgement of my booking?

You will usually receive an acknowledgment of your booking within 2-3 days of submitting your registration. If you do not receive anything, please call us on +44 (0)207 017 5506 to make sure we have received your booking.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you should cancel a conference registration before 27/09/2011, you will receive a full refund. A cancellation charge of £100 will be applied for cancellations made after 27/09/2011 for all Non-Regional Operator, Regional Non-Operator and Non-Regional Non-Operator bookings. For all Regional Operators paying to attend (bookings received from 27 September 2011) a cancellation charge of £100 will be applied. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date. We welcome substitute delegates at any time. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and the timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers.
